How do I tell if an e-mail from PayPal is legit?
Ignore it. It's fake. I get them all the time.
How do I tell if an e-mail from PayPal is legit?
It is fake. Anytime PayPal sends anything to you it will show your name and then you will be asked to go to the site login and proceed. Not a link that click on. Any E-Mail that says dear customer and not your name is a fake.
Listen, Paypal doesn't sent e-mails.
